Submission Window

An open call for submission: The Linnet’s Wings editors invites artists, writers, poets, and dreamers to share their most imaginative and insightful works with us. Our platform is dedicated to showcasing the beauty of artistic and literary expression, and we are calling upon you to help us paint a canvas with your unique colours.

What We're Looking For:
Poetry: up to 5 poems only

Let your words dance on our pages, whether they whisper of love, roar with rage, or sing the subtleties of everyday life.

Short Stories: up to 5000 words

Weave narratives that captivate, whether grounded in reality or spun from the threads of fantasy.

Artwork: From abstract explorations to traditional portraits, 'YOUR' art can illuminate and inspire.

Comics: Up to 6A4 pages only
Stories that leap off the page combine visual artistry with narrative flair -- WE 'LOVE' them.

Submission Guidelines:

All submissions must be original and unpublished.

Short stories should be no longer than 5000 words.

Poems should be no longer than 40 lines.

Artwork and comics should be submitted in high-resolution digital format.

Include a brief bio and a photo of yourself with your submission.

Only upload work that you hold the copyright to.
We won’t accept, racist work or any type of allusion to same in any way shape or form

Please use the subject line "Submission: [Category] - [Your Name]". Attach your work as a Word document or a PDF for written pieces, and as a JPEG or PNG for artwork.
